Kathy and Stephanie are friendly and responsive. I would recommend them if you are looking for a property manager in the peninsula or looking to switch property managers.

Lack of follow up and communication. Not one issue has been resolved that has been raised and there is no way to contact anyone for an update.
There are several issues with the home including failing appliances and while the initial response was very prompt there has been absolutely no follow up. When we had an urgent issue with the home and called someone they were rude and not helpful.
There is no means of contacting anyone via phone that is provided on the app.

The receptionist attends badly, she must be kind, not sharp

Excellent communication and timely reporting. Pleasant staff works well as a team and strives to satisfy all stakeholders.

My contact in your office Jim Ward is very congenial and looks sincere in helping me look for good tenants for my Bradford apartments. However, for some reason, my vacancy since august 2024 has not been filled up and the situation is quite unnerving because I rely on my units for my operations! I believe my rents are competitive, my location is great, and my amenities (I.e. free heater) are big savings to tenants! I’m really at a loss on an explanation!

I am so glad we found each other you treat people as you would like to be treated and your integrity is priceless. You are the reason that I sleep peacefully each and every night. In San Francisco the Landlord tenant laws change. Your lease agreements are written to protect the tenant as well as the property owner and the laws change over time. Without a partnership like ours it would require hiring a Lawyer or at some point ending up with a problem tenant. Sharevest has simplified my life tremendously. They are extremely professional and very easy to work with. I trust them implicitly and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to not only unburden themselves from managing their own properties but at the same time maximize the income coming in. They very much pay for themselves and then some!!!!

I only have one complaint and that is actually directed to me! I wish I had come to you much much sooner instead of managing 808 Circle Court myself. I most likely would have acquired more rentals by now but due to the stress I stayed with one. It's great having Sharevest handle everything, I really appreciate that. Alan & Gloria Stickle.

Friendly and helpful

Dan was exceptionally helpful arranging our lease. He responded quickly and correctly to our questions and concerns. I highly recommend working with him

I was left to answer some of my questions on my own regarding how I dispose of garbage/recycling and how I set up my PG&E bill. Otherwise, it was pretty good!

Doug was very helpful and accommodating. He made the move experience pleasant. Great customer service.

Tim and his team are responsive and competent. I can relax, knowing that they will take care of any issues that arise in a timely and cost effective fashion.
