In San Francisco the Landlord tenant laws change. Your lease agreements are written to protect the tenant as well as the property owner and the laws change over time. Without a partnership like ours it would require hiring a Lawyer or at some point ending up with a problem tenant. So far everything seems to be working well. I like to keep tenets happy and Sharevest has been doing that. I was thinking about painting 808 Circle Court and maybe that should done this year. Julie said you have a good paint contractor that does good prep work, etc. It was last painted according to my records so maybe it's time to paint again? We had a new roof put on last year.
