In San Francisco the Landlord tenant laws change. Your lease agreements are written to protect the tenant as well as the property owner and the laws change over time. Without a partnership like ours it would require hiring a Lawyer or at some point ending up with a problem tenant. Work was needed on several residential units at the time of transfer. Sharevest managed the work using their staff. The work was done well and executed quickly. We were impressed with the contractors and vendors that Sharevest used to complete the work. Sharevest is a very professional organization and gives every indication that they will be a longterm manager of our property.

So far everything seems to be working well. I like to keep tenets happy and Sharevest has been doing that. I was thinking about painting 808 Circle Court and maybe that should done this year. Julie said you have a good paint contractor that does good prep work, etc. It was last painted according to my records so maybe it's time to paint again? We had a new roof put on last year.
