Let me 1st start off by saying, the Office Manager, KATHY GUIBARA, is EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! She seriously needs to learn how to speak respectfully to PAID TENANTS. There’s NO REASON for this lady to be so dang rude. I called regarding the assistance of disposing a deep freezer as an apartment tenant since Recology specifically informed me that I had to go through the Property Management to get this disposed of & pay via them. I originally sent an email 5 days ago with no response, so I called today and WOW, once again, KATHY IS SO RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! She’s VERY ENTITLED & needs to learn that she is servicing paid tenants. Furthermore, they HARDLY EVER communicate effectively when work orders are requested. They select complete on the work order, when it’s not actually completed.

I am so glad we found each other you treat people as you would like to be treated and your integrity is priceless. You are the reason that I sleep peacefully each and every night. In San Francisco the Landlord tenant laws change. Your lease agreements are written to protect the tenant as well as the property owner and the laws change over time. Without a partnership like ours it would require hiring a Lawyer or at some point ending up with a problem tenant. Lack of follow up and communication. Not one issue has been resolved that has been raised and there is no way to contact anyone for an update.
There are several issues with the home including failing appliances and while the initial response was very prompt there has been absolutely no follow up. When we had an urgent issue with the home and called someone they were rude and not helpful.
There is no means of contacting anyone via phone that is provided on the app.
